To The Allies

Two years had passed since Eirlys had joined Rumpel’s harem, wandering with him and the other does that traveled in the wandering harem. She had been dealing with troublesome thoughts, mostly during the nights when they were resting after a day filled with traveling. These thoughts were keeping her up at night sometimes, but she wasn’t going to bother the others with it. It was something that she needed to figure out on her own because of the decision that she was going to make. It only took her a few days and discussing it out with a few dear friends before Eirlys finally came to her decision about joining the Allied Herd to settle down and hopefully be able to have a family.

Eirlys waited until she decided that it was the right time to leave the small harem, it just didn’t feel right for her anymore. She thought that there was something more for her out there and maybe it had something to with her wanting to stop wandering. She felt like it was time for her to settle down in a den and raise a little one of her own. The darker doe would have to find someone to share that den with if she could find someone at all, it was true that she hasn’t had much luck with being able to raise a family. Time would only tell if that was going to happen this time around though.

Slipping into the bushes, she headed back into the wilderness of Windborne to go search for the ones from the Allied Herd hoping that they would accept a lonely wanderer like herself. Time would only tell on if she would though since it was going to be a bit of a walk until she was able to find ones from the main herd.
